Lynne started her career at LWT and then left to undertake a full time course at drama school. She subsequently formed part of a comic trio that had much success on the comedy circuit.

She then moved to BSkyB where, after working in various departments, she eventually transferred to Sky Pictures. She was Executive Assistant and later Creative Affairs Assistant and was involved with fifteen of the company's films. She then joined the Production Guild of Great Britain as General Manager.

She has been with Sara Putt Associates since July 2008 as Diary Services Manager. Lynne looks after clients both at Carlin Crew and its sister company Digital Garage.

Laurily is the newest member of the Carlin Crew team.

She graduated in 2008 from the University of Brighton, and soon after became a junior booker at the London model agency 'Ugly'. In addition to working at 'Ugly' Laurily worked part-time for a touring theatre company as an assistant marketing officer.

Laurily has worked for Sara Putt Associates since November 2009 and assists Lynne with the diary service and the clients at both Carlin Crew and the sister company Digital Garage.
